The hairdresser was nice, although I felt the treatment was a bit average. I was a bit disappointed not to get a short head massage, even just a minute, during the hair wash - it adds so much to the experience. I booked in for long hair and was told my hair was extra long but that it was ok 'this time' and I wouldn't need to pay the extra £5. It was an honest mistake as I didn't think my hair was extra long (the website doesn't specify length). I felt the staff member, the owner I think, could have explained better. I walked out feeling a bit awkward about the exchange. Not sure I would return but the experience overall was fine.
