The wax itself was just what I wanted and the beautician was very friendly. My only gripe was that the same quality was not carried through to the receptionist. There was confusion over whether I had paid already, which I didn't mind about in the slightest as it was easily solved, but the receptionist's manner immediately put me on the defensive and made me feel like I had done something wrong. I'll definitely be going back though because the hot wax and beauticians are fab.

Went for a bikini wax. The salon was clean and comfortable, and the therapist was very efficient and put me at ease. A few small spots were missed, which was a little frustrating, but overall I was happy with the result.
