My last visit to Anya for a wax wasn't that great - beautician was late (I was the first appointment of the day) and she really rushed through the treatment, so it was slightly patchy and not the best experience. Have been here a few times and it has been good so hoping this was a one-off!

great overall experience, would return and the staff were fantastic. Very accommodating and friendly, there were a couple of small issues that occurred but they were quick to rectify them straight away.
