Slightly awkward encounter as the assistant didn't leave the room for me to change and then proceeded to eh, 'blow on me!?' to encourage the wax to dry. Overall the results were good and long lasting but not one for the prudish!

Loved this place from the receptionist to the hairdresser. An absolutely delightful place, hair cut, colour, was done by Chris, brilliant, had nothing but compliments about the colour. A few friends are going to book there too. Hidden gem in Balham, down to earth people.

I usually love this place however had a new lady doing my eyebrows.. one of them turned out flat and one now has a high curve... was a little worried when the owner then later said to another customer 'don't worry about going with her she's not very good' which was really off putting..
