The results of my facial were great. My face is deeply cleansed and feels fab. But the actual experience was only ok. The staff was friendly but the steamer did not work properly. The music wasn't relaxing either especially the the cd had scratches and kept repeating a section over and over again. I would improve on checking all equipment are working properly (like the steamer and stereo) and make the ambiance nicer in the room.

The lady that did my waxing was thorough, fast and efficient. The room was clean and warm. The only thing that could be better is advertising or being upfront about discounts for multiple waxing areas, last time I had to ask and this time I forgot...it should come from the staff .
