Ok lashlift but definitely not the best I've had. It hasn't really lasted very long. Also the salon was very noisy with lots of crashing around behind me, which isn't exactly a relaxing experience when you're sitting there with your eyes shut for an hour!

Service was fine. Was told during treatment I had sensitive skin.
After treatment, I was told therapist had to use different type of wax due to sensitive skin and this was £9 extra. She did apologise for not informing me during treatment so only charged £5 for the different wax.
I’ve never been charged more for a different type of wax in 10 years of waxing. To use this wax and still charge without my knowledge is unprofessional- she should have not charged at all.
