Not a great experience at this salon. They were 20 mins late but all the ‘regulars’ seemed to walk in and were seen to immediately, so clearly it’s because I was a new client. It hurt when they took the biab off and they seemed to have a problem with what I had booked (a simple biab removal and gel manicure). Didn’t feel very welcome but again they were so friendly to the clients they knew. Manicure itself was fine but the lateness and experience mean I won’t be back

Was very efficient and my nail lady was great. My nails are great. Could have done with a bit more of an introduction as I never got told where to find colour options etc so ended up just telling what colour I wanted and letting the lady pick.
