The facial itself was good, and the massage at the end a bonus. However, the therapist was not chatty at all and didn't explain what she was doing. I was a bit surprised when she went at my face with a metal instrument to remove the spots that were coming up. I'd recommend the salon for a convenient place to go in Balham but wouldn't travel from far to go.

I booked a last minute afternoon massage here as my flatmate mentioned there was a new salon near Balham station. Needless to say, I'm really pleased I went!
The staff were incredibly welcoming- which I think is really important to helping you relax.
I had a wonderful Thai body massage (1hr long) which was absolutely heavenly! The lady was fantastic, very friendly and incredibly professional. I cannot recommend this little salon highly enough and I'm really looking forward to going back.
(I just hope they keep up the nice service and don't let it wear off after the initial opening push for customers)
