It was great, again, I cannot recomand enough Nin, at least for curly thick hair ladies like me. I went there and I was out of time as I had to leave at 7pm and I walked in at 6:20. She was able to do my wash and blow dry in a sublime way even when competing against time, all while staying friendly and positive. This is going to be my salon.

I had to wait a while for my appointment which was annoying. The therapist (Stephanie) was a fast waxer and made me laugh which was great. Unfortunately she missed a large area down the side of my lower leg which I discovered when I got home. I had to return to get it re-done.

I booked for a simple wash and blow dry and that is exactly what I got. The salon which is near Balham Station is easy to find and is bright and clean. I had to wait a while for my appointment as the hairdresser was finishing off another client. However once she started on my hair Katya was friendly and helpful.

The facial was basic, a simple cleansing facial, but the head, neck and shoulder massage that went with it was great. The therapist (Miki) was very helpful. I would book with her again.
