My hair was very well done, however wasn’t given what I really asked for. Asked for lighter brown highlights to my dark brown hair, but the end result was close to platinum blonde hair so it contrasted a lot with my dark hair. Although the overall hair did look pretty, just not what I asked for. Also I was very disappointed to learn I had big bleach splotches all over my new pants at the back and wasn’t made aware till I got home. Overall a great experience just a few errors.
