Long wait time, music loud, making it hard to hear.
Don't feel very well consulted on what style I wanted, and had to remind stylish half way through what I had initially requested and not fully satisfied with the cut. Probably due to noise levels.
Not a unpleasant place but feels improvements could be made to come away feeling unlikely to return for follow up appointment.

All the girls at the salon are always happy and friendly and chat to their clients. My hair took longer than expected but still Demi persisted and never complained. Shes just a star in my eyes. I must mention that Demi is also pregnant and still happy in her work. Well done Demi well done Layna well done all the staff there. Keep up your fantastic work xx
