I asked for two inches off. She took at least 4, restyled it by cutting in layers I’ve spent two years growing out, she never asked me but I saw her going scissor happy cutting chunks out, now my hair looks thin and will have to be tied back, I’m not happy and will not go back there again

Another gorgeous experience with Nicki, came away feeling so relaxed and de-stressed, could literally feel all the stress and negativity leaving me and just felt so at peace. After my last treatment I had slept so much better than I had in ages and generally felt calmer. Nicki is so knowledgeable and gave me some amazing advice from what she found during reflexology, definitely going to make it part of my routine. Looking forward to our next session already.
