I’ll preface this with a statement saying that my hair looks fine, but thats the best I can say about my experience.
Less than gentle with knots, created new knots which were then yanked at.
Salon was dirty, there was hair and dust all around the edges of the room and on the fixtures like plug sockets.
Won’t be returning or recommending.
