Booked and paid online for a restyle, Laina was welcoming though slightly distracted with a problem with her phone, was a bit flabbergasted as I was taken straight to the sink for wash without any consultation about how I’d like my hair, that astounds me! Even starting the cut she just did her own thing, blow dry was nice but I don’t get what I wanted as she failed to speak to her client!
