The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and did a great job on my hair. I got the Brazilian blow dry keratin treatment and I’m happy with the results. I’m new to Hounslow and think I’ve found my new local hairdresser :)

Came in for mani pedi but left after the pedi. Room was grubby, unclean with dim lighting.
The girl (‘Girl’ as she must have been one of the salon staff’s child) was timid and looked like she had never done this before in her life. She scrubbed my foot to the point of redness and left with strange shaped nails. The choice of polish were abysmal. Randomly the staff swapped halfway. Long story short, I shortly developed (my first ever) foot infections as it was unhygienic, avoid at all costs!
