Lovely is amazing and she took good care of me. She always asked me if I feel comfortable, and I believe this is very important as I had past experiences where they didn't make me feel comfortable. Will definitely be going back 🙂

Shalu did an amazing job on my hair cut, I asked for layered hair with curtain bangs and I got exactly what I wanted. She even made me a tea and made me feel welcome! Will be coming again. Thank you so much!

The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and did a great job on my hair. I got the Brazilian blow dry keratin treatment and I’m happy with the results. I’m new to Hounslow and think I’ve found my new local hairdresser :)
