This place was so so so bad. It is dirty and the staff were abrasive. My Brazilian was was done on a clear plastic cover on a bed. No clean sheet of paper so my skin was touching the same parts others before me had. So unhygienic. The place was filled with toxic fumes from someone’s keratin treatment and it was so bad that customers were asking for towels to cover faces and not breathe it in. I had booked in for a wax and haircut. I’d waited 50 minutes between wax and haircut before I gave up. Lady before me had already been waiting for 1.5hrs and still waiting. JUST DONT GO. Treatwell were lovely and helped me when I voiced my concerns!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon! Had to wait 1hr for my treatment, the salon was full of fumes from hair colour so customers and staff were openly choking. After waiting an hour my 45 minute blow dry took another 1.5 hrs as staff lack attention, are easily distracted, and have no customer service. A total waste of my time and money.
