Friendly welcoming.
Place is a little run down; chair had black duct tape and sinks were not clean.
Staff kept talking in another language which was rude.
They did not wash keratin product out...
Also had individual lashes and makeup. Most of the lashes came out hours after having it done and makeup was not great. Paid £70 extra, very expensive.

Lovely salon with very welcoming staff who can’t seem to do enough for you. Shalu went out of her way to accommodate my son whilst I was getting my treatments and Sonia was the most pain free waxing technician I have ever experienced. Will definitely be back!
