I booked shalu for a haircut but when I arrived at the venue someone else cut my hair. It was awful - I told her I only wanted a trim, what I mostly needed was her to put some extensions in my hair and a blow dry for an event later on in the day. As a result she said she would charge an extra £15! In the end, she spent very little time on my trim and only trimmed the length of my hair not the layers, plus she clipped my extensions in but couldn’t curl the hair which is what she said she was charging me extra for but still charged me extra anyway! I will never be going back.
