Very bad experience.
Wanted just a trim of a classic Bob haircut, left with asymmetric disaster, super disappointed as clearly explained what I wanted. Now instead of Bob I have short front and both sides in different length. I would love to request a refund.

Person waxing was lovely but the completely damaged my skin from sticking the wax on the same spots multiple times (my hairs aren’t even that thick). I came home and realised I was red raw. She literally took my skin off. Those areas have now darkened which is unusual for me, and are peeling. Gloves also got taken off half way through. And waxing equipment was not clean. Would not recommend
