I loved the way Natacha did my highlights and the time and effort she put into my hair.I arrived for my appointment, the salon had double booked and had to make my appointment for the next day, Natacha personally blocked the next day's appointment!

Natacha was brilliant, so great at her job. The salon need to stop double booking her, it’s really crap, not good for clients or the staff. It can’t be that hard to book one person in at a time and yet several customers were smdouble booked that day.
