Work was beautifully done, my nails look great. Experience was met with mixed feelings since the staff kept on talking between themselves in their own language and laughing, which can make some costumers uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs work.

The owners overbook, so my appointment started 20 minutes late. My nails were severely damaged by electric nail file. The man who did my nails filed them unevenly and too much leaving burns on my nails. Hygiene levels are questionable. Never again!
