Waited half an hour to be seen even though I had an appointment. My toe nails dulled/looked like a matte finish by the evening - assuming this is because the person who did my nails finished by brushing oil over them. Would probably go somewhere else next time

Lovely hairdresser! She was accommodating and explained everything she was doing. She gave me a few suggestions about my hair and was very friendly. Will be back!

It was very busy so I recommend arriving early. The initial colour wasn’t the one I chose as the bottle must have been mislabelled, but they didn’t have any issues correcting this right away. Overall service was good and really happy with my first gel manicure.

Natacha is extremely amazing once you find such an excellent hairdresser you cannot loose her! she has been regularly cutting my hair, balayage and hair dye.
