The appointment started 30 minutes late. The beautician was polite and apologised for the wait. It seems like the salon allows multiple people to book at the same time even though there is only 1 wax room. I booked a high bikini wax but got standard bikini done and there were still spots of hair left. Not entirely the fault of the beautician, she was in a rush because more people were waiting to get waxed. The salon shouldn’t take so many bookings if there’s only 1 wax room.
