The staff were very polite and professional however I wasn't asked any questions by the beauty therapist as to any concerns and problem areas. The massage itself was very good, maybe a bit too hard for my liking (again, I was not asked what pressure I would like) but no pain, no gain!

The hairdresser understood my instructions and carried them out as requested. However, her English was very poor, and there were moments where I was concerned she won't understand. In addition, the hair wash felt rather inexperienced, the towel on my shoulders became very wet, and her wrist band hit my face a couple of times. During cut and blow dry all was fine. I'm not overly happy with my haircut, but then I never like my hair right after getting a cut. Probably it's my instructions, not the hairdressers fault.

I had a simple wash, cut and blow-dry and was very pleased with the results. The hairdresser (forgotten his name, he was tall, brown hair) was kind, helpful and cut my hair exactly how I had asked for. Good value for money, highly recommended!

I wanted a whole different look - I was going for the bob and Sylvia, the lady who cut my hair, did the job perfectly, and cut my hair at the perfect length in no time! I am so happy with my new look! I was also made to feel very welcome, being given a cup of tea and the like. Natalia, who did my nails, was very friendly, did her job precisely and did a superb job of it. I would definitely recommend, and go back there myself! Thanks guys
