No magazines. No other customers . Not great customer service as bad language communication skills. Venue looks dated. Most importantly the treatment described as a Brazilian blow dry was actually a cheap non professional hair straightening treatment that is called GLatt. It should not be used on highlighted or coloured hair. Mine is coloured and it's now so dry and falling out.
The treatment should not be described as a Brazilian blow dry when it's clearly nothing the same. Very upset.

This is the 5th time I've had Shellac done here and have to say until now it has been brilliant. Unfortunately this time the polish is already peeling after not even a week. Not sure what's happened this time, hoping it's a one off dodgy polish as its been brilliant so far.
