I was really unhappy with my full head of foils, the foils were really chunky and the colour was too abrupt next to my natural colour so the finished look was extremely stripey. The foils were patchy and somehow I ended up with a 'blob' of bleach right where my hair parts at the top of my face.. no matter which way I wear my hair now it looks very stripey. The hairdresser told me the colour would fade after a few washes so I called the salon back after 3 days to say I still wasn't happy and would they consider seeing me again to try to make my hair look less patchy/stripey. The staff were not the friendliest bunch and with the salon being on a loud busy road, and a strong language barrier between me and the staff, it was extremely difficult to communicate with them and ended up being a pretty terrible experience all around. I was told the hairdresser did not want to do my hair again because I "would just be unhappy again", even though I was giving them a chance to make an unhappy client happy. I do not recommend visiting Zoraza for hair appointments, perhaps the beauty and spa treatments are where their strengths lie but even then their professionalism leaves much to be desired.
