Had a haircut here in Saturday and showed a photo of my hair a few months ago and how I wanted it to go back to. I wanted a long fringe and layers, I have ended up with a short lopsided fringe and no layers. When I got home was told by friends that my hair is an inch longer at the back than the front. Booking somewhere else today to get it fixed. No one offered to take my coat when I got there, wasn’t offered a drink or shown my hair at the end. Wasn’t asked how I wanted it finished e.g straightened/blowdry. Ideally would like my money back, I could accept if the cut was ok but wasn’t what I wanted but the cut isn’t even acceptable.
