Jolanta and she was lovely and warm, professional and welcoming.. Only thing is say is that it'd be good to kind of welcome the client into the salon more ie say hey who are you what are you here for etc rather than just look at me. This is personal as I suffer from anxiety and it'd just make me feel more comfortable. I love the layout of the salon. Water could be more on-hand, perhaps glasses ready in the treatment room for clients? I'm not sure how clean the blanket/ throw on the treatment bed is... I'm just not convinced it must actually get washed between every single client... Not something that has stopped me returning as I did think this the first time round but definitely something I'd consider and have wondered about... Also I'm not keen on the disposable paper sheet to lie on. Soft fresh towels would provide a much much nicer experience. The treatments made me feel really good and seemed really well tailored to my body and skin I would say I'd rather have had more description of what each stage entailed as the treatment went on. Jolanta seemed to know what she was doing in terms of tackling problem points etc. In the local area I'd say the value for money is not bad. definitely return and recommend Zoraza to friends but would warn them of the niggles I've mentioned.
