I’ve been here a few times and normally had a pleasant experience with my usual therapist. However this time was the opposite of that, I had a different therapist who was rude and quite rough, the waxing was patchy (I have noticed a fair few stray hairs) and I have bruises on my arms from the waxing. I have waxed my arms for around 15 years and not had this since I started. I will absolutely now be avoiding this therapist in future and may not return to the salon at all.

The wax used was good quality but it hurt a lot as it wasn’t removed as quickly as it should’ve been. The result was good though and the salon really clean
