I had eyelash extensions, and unfortunately they started falling out almost immediately, especially on one eye- leaving me really wonky.
I contacted the salon the next day, and I was told there was nothing they'd be able to do about it for 5 days as the person who does them only works weekends.
Therefore I had to pay to go somewhere else and have them fixed.
I've been chasing the Salon who refuse to refund me, and have not contacted me about further help even though this was requested.
Treatwell also have been unable to get them to provide a refund.
This is a real shame as I'd been here regularly for eyebrow tint and shaping, and facials, but how this has been handled means I will be finding somewhere else to go now.

Amazing massage! Definitely felt very relaxed afterwards. Pressure was absolutely perfect! I felt like I was walking on clouds afterwards. The salon is well maintained, clean and airy. Highly recommend!
