This was my second time in this salon. Without any real explanation, I didn’t get the specialist I had made the appointment with. When I arrived the woman at reception started yelling at the specialist I had booked for the treatment, who then went in a back room and never came back during my time in the salon. I felt this was a very abusive exchange, but the receptionist acted as if nothing had happened. She then told me she will take care of me because the other specialist was “busy.” The treatment was rushed and unpleasant. I will never come back.
