I had the massage and mini facial for £39. Ambience was poor. Staff bedside manner was disinterested, abrupt and cold. It was the most painful massage I've ever experienced and has left me with back, neck and shoulder pain. I spent the majority of the hour looking forward to it ending. Not relaxing in the slightest. The facial was so so. Avoid.

Treatment was really good, bed wasn't the most comfortable but the therapist definitely knew how to good a good treatment! deep tissue definitely isn't a relaxing massage!
