I had booked the full head highlights, cut and blow dry. I believed I had medium hair, and this totalled to 69 pounds. When I arrived, they told me that my hair was long and they would add another 20 pounds, totalling to 89 pounds. I only needed a quick trim to my fringe, so I felt I would have been better off going to Vitor's hairdresser where they charge 70 for full head of highlights, regardless of length. I usually go there but I hadn't booked in advance and thought i'd try the offer for 69 pounds as it seemed attractive. I wouldn't go here again.
