There was no time for a cut despite me having paid for one. They did not offer a refund or apologise. The main problem is that the staff do not seem to understand the concept of highlights - this may have been a language barrier as very little English is understood/spoken - but they were beyond confused when I said I usually have two colours put through as highlights, one bleach and one a darker blonde to avoid regrowth looking obvious. They started saying they’d do the highlights and then put a second colour on top afterwards... I stuck with just bleach. Colour is just about ok, bit patchy in places.
Unfortunately I won’t be back, it is a low price for a reason.
