A friendly welcome, and prompt start to treatment. The Salon and room were pleasant and clean. The therapist was polite and clear with instructions. It was nice and relaxing. I had not heard if the products and an unsure of their quality. There was no information exchanged about my expectations or my medical history. However the treatment lasted 30 mins exactly.
