Very happy with my gel manicure here. The nails are still in good condition three weeks later. I did have some crystals put on too but they came off pretty quickly. Would go again.

I went in to have my hair done for my 30th birthday. I wasn’t offered a drink of water or any magazines. The lady was very rude to me, she has a real attitude problem and made me feel like crying which is crazy when you go to relax and treat yourself. I asked for a simple wash and trim of my ends, she said she didn’t know how to trim it at the front, so I demonstrated. I asked for an inch to be taken off the ends and she told me I needed more and seemed to have an attitude with me that I didn’t want more to be cut off, this was clear through her facial expressions, body language and her huffing and puffing. I asked her to blow dry my hair with volume, she said we can’t do that with your hair because it’s too long and it’s not included to have volume in a blow dry, so I said I have had my hair done quite a lot in the last 15 or so years and they have always dried it with volume so if she could try that would be great. She told me I am “causing problems with her and her manager” I have no idea why, this was the last straw to me so I asked her to rough dry my hair instead of blow dry it so I could leave quicker. I was still charged the same. I will not be returning for a hair cut unfortunately.
