I was a little late for my treatment (7 mins) but had called ahead to let the stylist know and see if I needed to reschedule. They said they would wait for me and when I arrived apologetic no one was talking to me but they were talking to each other. The stylist spoke very little English so it was a little difficult to explain what I wanted. She came back on my fringe many times adding some hair - it was really stressful as it seemed like she did not know what she was doing.

The wax either burnt my skin or took some skin with it, but didn't notice till after. Has never happened before my I have big burn marks on my face now... Usually really good though.
