I just experienced the most horrific facial of my life at a ‘top rated’ space
I booked a Dermilogica facial and when I arrived the therapist was pushing for me to use a ‘new natural face mask’ they were pushing. I agreed and she covered my eyes and my mouth with it, which you should NEVER do to eyes when applying a mask. My face then began to feel like it was on fire and burn, I motioned for her to wipe it off but she kept saying it was a ‘normal tingle’.
That was not a normal tingle I felt like I was being held over a flame. I jumped up and had to wipe it off myself. She then proceeded to say it never happened and must be my fault or my sensitive skin. I do not have sensitive skin, I have had laiser facials in the past, many expensive products and I have never ever had that experience.
Not to mention the therapists hands STANK of cigarettes.
I ended up having to leave the venue and go wash my face and now my face is covered in a huge rash. I would like a refund to say the least

I always enjoy coming to this salon, it's clean, comfortable, people are really nice. The facial was great, a bit painful with the extractions because I was clogged up from travelling but the face massage was amazing!
