I wouldn’t recommend prepaying for appointments here. I paid in advance for a £50 pedicure with a gift voucher, part of my appointment got rescheduled by email and I showed up late and was told that there’s “nothing that could be done”. Until I insisted and requested that I get rebooked due to the confusion, when they agreed to book me in for a cheaper treatment (£32 instead of £50 that was paid). While I appreciate getting a consolation treatment, I found the customer service lacking.
