Kristina was great! I didn’t have to say much and she got the eyebrow shape and colour on point. I’ll definitely be making her my brow lady.

Kristina and the treatment was great - very professional and made me comfortable. The initial impression upon entering the salon was not great though. There was a very unfriendly woman on reception that offered no welcome or even a smile. She didn’t say a word as I told her I had a booking, just thrust an ipad at me to fill in a form. Not very good customer service or first impression. She seemed angry I’d arrived. It’s a shame as the treatment was really good, but it’s definitely off putting
