In the note I put that I have curly hair and instead of a "straight hair blow out" i'd like my hair to be diffused after the cut.
After the cut, the hairdresser starts diffusing my hair on the highest heat setting, pressing the diffuser on my head and moving it around aggressively, burning my scalp and and ears. Once she was done she looked at me in the mirror and laughed because she knew she had done such a terrible job.
Worst salon experience, I went back home feeling and looking awful.
