Unfortunately I had a poor leg and bikini wax experience at this salon. I felt rushed and uncomfortable. I was told I had to be naked from the waist down, despite not usually being so for a bikini wax, or being given anything to cover up. It was more painful than usual (at one point, she said "don't worry, we're in a basement, no-one can hear you scream". No joke), I had a rash for longer & it grew back faster. She didn't ask me how much hair I wanted removed, and went far beyond my preference.

Jurgita could not be better at her job. She’s attentive to detail, meaning that my nails always come out looking fantastic. She’s gentle and checks in to make sure I’m comfortable throughout my appointment. She’s fun to hang out with, so I enjoy spending an entire mani/pedi appointment with her. Never going anywhere else!
