My therapist was amazing but the manager terrible. I got there 10 mins early to start on time at 12pm but they made me wait outside and I started my massage at 12.10pm but finished at 12.50pm so I basically paid for an hour & got 40mins so when I asked for a compensation & I was happy to pay for another treatment another week so they could add my 20 mins, she said they were fully booked and I had to accomodate and come back later for 10 mins only as it's always 50 mins anyway. Unacceptable !
