I was looking forward to the facial and massage treatment. However, my tech, Riya, was clearly inexperienced and I had a horrible customer experience from start to finish. I was concerned by the neck massage (using elbow, trying to crack). Then Riya used too much force during my facial to extract two small whiteheads, causing scabbing, bleeding, and scarring. mgmt lied that they would refund me if I went to the store but berated me in front of customers and refused comp.
