Unfortunately it was not good. My haircut was not as I wanted it, I had to go to London to get it fixed, it was not an all around straight bob and when I went to fix it they found out that my hair colour was all patchy at the back.. I had to use a toner to make it more uniform. Not happy at all, I will request a refund. I never found myself so disappointed and uncomfortable after a hair cut and colour.
