This was a fine overall experience - once I had got over the panic of washing my tan off after 2 hours as instructed and it all came off straight away leaving me as white as I had been before! Then overnight it developed - phew! I wish they had told me that at the salon, I did panic briefly! Overall, it was all good though!

I was a bit skeptical when I first walked in, as no one bothered to smile or greet me (the cheapest and most important part of customer service). But, once I started talking about what I needed, the staff were very pleasant, and helped me get familiar with the facilities.
