Friendly staff, my first tanning experience and booking another!

They were ten minutes late to a thirty minute appointment and so they had to cut it short and didn't finish the wax properly.

Not a great manicure - uneven nail length between the two hands. The polish was almost empty and dry and produced some “bubbles” on the nails and the lady had to put on a lot of layers to be able to cover the full nail given how dry it was
Not a great experience, would not recommend for a regular manicure (my understanding is that they are more prepared for gel manicure than regular manicure)
