full leg and bikini wax - at least a third of my legs were still as hairy after the appointment and wax was not properly removed. also, strip wax was used on one side of my bikini area, which left me with a pretty bad bruise for days after, however, the lady then changed it to hot wax for the other side, so i guess that's something
