Interesting experience - I was taken in, not a lot of communication, minimal smiles. It seemed that the place doesn’t care about customer service really, just turnover. No towel or anything to cover yourself - the girl suggested I would use a blanket just placed on the side, I am not very sure how many people had used that particular blanket after it was last washed... it was a quick job, by no means the best I’ve had, and quite uncomfortable (very hot wax). I think overall 3 stars is justified.

Not a good service or wax. The salon was 5 minutes late for my appointment, and lots of hair was left on my legs which I did point out areas to the beautician which she waxed again, but after leaving and looking further still lots of hair left.
