Ignored for my whole visit & staff members spoke to each other in their native language. The girl doing my manicure was very unfriendly. I was made to feel insignificant because I was only having a regular manicure. I’m a hand model. Unhelpful people

The repair was quick and good quality, the original color was matched

It was ok. Nails where left a bit thick and one broke really easy within a week and had to come back to get it repaired and charged £3 per nail repair

The end product was fine and quick service. However they will charge you additional for everything, £3 for polish removal! Don’t agree with this charge, not as part of a full on pedi!
