I came in for a simple gel polish removal and the technician proceeded to cut my natural nails down short without asking if that's what I wanted. When I asked why she had cut them, she said we wouldn't need to cut them short - but it had already been done? She did not seem to understand the error and was not at all apologetic. I've now lost the length that I had been growing out. On top of that, the shaping after the polish removal was poor and uneven.
