Well, the stylist started highlighting and left in middle handing over job to less experienced ones. Toner was the wrost, she was supposed to put toner all over my hair but didn’t. The brassy look on my hair should go away after toner but it’s gone only on some parts. I don’t know why I was charged for blow dry. I need refund for that. Not going back there for hair services.
